Jason is a Maine native with experience with several architectural firms in Maine and Connecticut. He has worked in Rockland since 2004 with Richard Higgins and became owner of the firm in the spring of 2012. Jason has become well versed in all aspects of design and project management from inception to completion of construction. Some of the more notable projects that Jason managed are: Foxcroft Academy Connector, Elm Street School, Foxcroft Academy Dormitory, Foxcroft Academy Kitchen, Foxcroft Academy Facilities Study, Market Square Commons, Machias High School Culinary addition and renovations. Jason, with his experienced staff and full service team, specialize in educational and community designs.

Brian Thompson

Drafter, Detailer, and Estimator

Brian is a Maine Native.  He has an Associate’s Degree from Central Maine Community College in Architectural and Civil Engineering.  He is currently employed drafter and designer at Merriam Architects and works at his home business doing drafting and design work.  Brian spent many years in the construction field, working as a laborer, carpenter, millwright, and many other aspects of the field.  He has a solid understanding of all construction techniques. His past work experience, in both construction and design field makes him an asset to our clients and their needs.
