Working closely with the owners we provided design, construction documents, and construction administration services for this 3,200 square foot ocean front home on Penobscot Bay. The layout of the house takes full advantage of the ocean views with a good amount of glazing, but it doesn’t lose its sense of scale as a traditional Maine cottage.
